Most projects draw on several of these together, so they are coordinated by one team rather than handed between multiple trades with gaps in between.
We work in occupied homes as a matter of routine. Areas are protected, dust and waste are managed, access is kept usable. work is sequenced so that the household is disrupted as little as possible while the job still progresses properly.

Most projects draw on several of these services together, which is why they are coordinated by one team rather than handed between multiple trades with gaps in between. A kitchen replacement, for example, may involve stripping out the old units, altering services, first and second fix electrics and plumbing, plastering, tiling, flooring, joinery and decoration - doing that as one sequence is what keeps the job moving and the finish consistent.
We work in occupied homes as a matter of routine. Areas are protected, dust and waste are managed, access is kept usable and work is sequenced so the household is disrupted as little as possible while the job still progresses properly. Where an item is outside our own scope, we will say so plainly rather than price something we cannot deliver well.
